Professor

Professor of Architectural Technology at the Gabriele D’Annunzio University of Chieti-Pescara, and formerly a professor at the University of Catania. He teaches Environmental Design and Sustainable Building Design. He has conducted postgraduate teaching at both national and international levels. His research focuses on the relationship between energy and architecture, with a particular interest in methods for analyzing and evaluating the interaction between physical elements, architectural space geometries, building environmental characteristics, and the natural environment. He is responsible for the Urban Greenhouse and EIRES projects. He has been recognized in international bioclimatic design competitions such as the II European Passive Solar Competition and the European Communities Architectural Ideas Competition - Working in the city. A member of the Doctoral Faculty in Technological Culture and Environmental Design since 2005, he heads the Bioclimatic Design and Energy Efficiency Laboratory at the PROVAE Study Center. He has also served as a representative of the Faculty of Architecture in the university's APRE commission and has been a member of selection committees for researchers and doctoral programs.

Guido Cerolini Forlini graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bologna in 1984. He specialized in Cardiology in the same university in 1991. He is an expert in Echocardiography and Vascular Diagnostics. As a General Medicine fellow at the University of Bologna, he later obtained a Diploma in Internal Ultrasound. From 1993 to 1997, he worked as a medical assistant in the Cardiology department of the civil hospital in Giulianova (TE). Since 1998, he has been affiliated with the National Health Service (SSN) for General Medicine. Alongside his professional work, he is also involved in politics. Previously a city councilor in Pescara, he served as the Deputy Mayor for Social Policies from 2009 to 2014. Currently, he is the Vice President of Tua-Azienda Unica di Trasporto Pubblico Abruzzese and a member of the scientific committee of Lilt-Lega Italiana Lotta Tumori (Italian League Against Cancer).

Lorenzo Terzi is the Information and Communication Manager at the State Archive of Naples. He is a State Archivist, publicist, and the director of Scrinia, a journal focused on archival studies, paleography, diplomatics, and historical sciences. He holds a degree in Modern Literature, diplomas in Archival Studies, Paleography, and Diplomatics from the School attached to the State Archive of Naples, as well as diplomas in Archival Studies from the School of the Vatican Secret Archives and in Library Science from the School of the Vatican Apostolic Library.

Holds a degree in Law with a focus on administrative law and satellite telecommunications. Speaker at anti-discrimination conferences. Member of Lilt (Italian League Against Cancer) and secretary of Ucsi (Italian Catholic Press Union). Also an advocate for the historical and folk traditions of Southern Italy.

About Us

The committee for the establishment of the Fontevecchia Association was formed in 2010 and is an active part of civil society with interventions relating to the environment, mobility, knowledge and integration. The purpose of the association, in addition to the protection of traditions, the territory and the aesthetic redevelopment of the village born in 1600, is articulated on a wide range of interventions.
